Skid, Gambrel & Locking Cup
GMP Gambrels feature a ball and cup joint that provides multi-directional movement. Since it is made from a durable thermoplastic, there is no need for lubrication. This eliminates contamination from dirt falling from rail systems and also reduces plant noise. Due to the non-corrosive nature of their parts, no pickling is required. It is suitable for temperatures ranging between -40°C to +120°C and does not stain the meat or stick to frozen carcasses.
